Nintendo is making a new console! It's exactly like the old one except bigger, faster and stronger too. Speaking of which, use this thread if you wanna talk about Donkey Kong's redesign, or maybe some other things like the Switch 2 specs, controllers, backwards compatibility and of course, its Games (it will have them, right?)

Nintendo Switch has tons of games. It's been getting them for almost eight years now!

Nintendo Switch 2 is the one that only has one game.

I am reserving the right to have opinions on donkey kong until we see him in more than like 2 frames in a tiny background

As much as Mario Kart was probably the right choice I really would have rather seen 3D Mario like COME ON

Switch had Super Mario Odyssey, so it's time for Super Mario Iliad.

...everyone has made this joke already, however. So I will also suggest Super Mario Anabasis, where Mario and the rest of his army must flee back to the Mushroom Kingdom after warring with the Beanbean Kingdom but losing Peach along the way, having to flee from deep within the Beanbean Kingdom as a result with no leader to protect them.

See i like that they chose mario kart because they showed so little. A crumb of mario kart? whatever. It's mario kart. I'm just glad it's not 8.

You make a good point, but I honestly need to see more of Mario Kart as well. The snippet they showed makes it feel almost like a "back to basics", more cartoony aesthetic, almost like they're trying to make Super Mario Kart in 3D.

And that's boring to me, so I'm dying to know if it's got something else going on lol
