There's a payment plan if you're pressed for cash.

It's like a student loan, but infinitely more and you'll be paying it off until you die!
 
I was reading this article at work that had a giant list of forums from the internet, some of which are still active. They range from all different kinds of topics like cooking, cars, the paranormal, DIY electronics, working out, gardening... Chris Person put together a very impressive list.

I really miss my forum-going days. I used to visit AllisBrawl, Capcom-Unity, BSN and the Gears of War forums basically every day. It's where a lot of my online friendships started.

...and not a single one of those still exists. 😔

Nah Smashboards is still around.

I've been dabbling around on there recently and it just feels more...tame than it used to.

I dunno maybe things have mellowed since we're between games, or maybe I'm more mellowed than I was back then because I've gotten older but it's not how it used to be.

That was a joke, silly.

With that said, definitely a mix of both. There's no reason to kill each other for "slots" when we don't even have a game announced and you definitely seem more mellow than that TPC fellow.
